About

Hi, I’m Kate.

People Who Thrive is my business and my passion.

I have been studying, teaching and consulting on all things behaviour, change, development and competence for over 20 years. I am passionate about working with people to enable them to be the best they can be at work and in life.

I am an ICF-ACC certified business coach, Chartered Occupational Psychologist and award-winning consultant with over 20 years’ experience of working across different industries (such as healthcare, transport, education and charities). I’m also a mother, a wife, a daughter, sister and an auntie.

I provide coaching and training to professionals in a range of industries at all levels - from CEOs to more junior staff.

I provide bespoke consultancy to help improve performance within organisations. I do this by highlighting the needs of your key asset, your staff – understanding their strengths and natural human limitations – and you can do to develop, support and enable staff to do their best work.

My mission is to enable people to thrive at work and beyond, allowing them to fulfill their potential and ultimately lead happier, more successful and more rewarding lives. I want to help build workplaces where people feel happy to go to work, feel effective, valued, respected and supported.
