Help your staff understand what it is to be human, and how by understanding human limitations as well as strengths, they can be equipped to effectively manage challenges at work.

I deliver bespoke face-to-face and virtual training courses to up-skill your staff in non-technical skills (such as communication, teamwork and decision making) and build awareness of the factors that can affect human performance at work.

 

Training needs analysis

Help your staff thrive now and in the future. I help you identify the skills, knowledge and attributes your staff need in order to manage risk and adapt to change. I focus on the ‘non-technical skills’ such as situational awareness and co-operation which differentiate good and great performance and lead to high performing teams. I also help define the competencies required of future staff and design and administer selection processes.

Organisational culture, or ‘the way we do things round here’ is vital for staff performance and engagement.

I help companies build a learning culture where individuals and their experiences are valued. My particular experience lies in helping to improve safety culture for high reliability organisations.
