Of all that factors that can influence our sense of psychological safety at work, leaders have the most vital impact.
I provide engaging and practical workshops to groups of leaders who are ready to reflect on and develop their ability to create a culture where staff feel safe to speak up about challenges, concerns and ideas without fear of negative repercussions.

Experiences of burnout, exhaustion and fatigue in the workplace are alarmingly common, and can have widespread implications for organisations and their staff (e.g. performance, resourcing, safety, long-term health) and yet most organisations know little about burnout prevention and recovery.
My workshops and talks go beyond the usual talks about ‘resilience’ to provide a systems-informed approach which highlights the role of work (and other factors) in contributing to burnout, and what can be done by both individuals and organisations to lower this risk.
This is based around my ‘Seven Key Elements in Burnout Prevention and Recovery’ model which is grounded in extensive evidence and practical experience.

Feel like your team needs a bit of a boost, refocus, sense of direction or reset?
I provide half- to full-day workshops which bring staff together to reconnect and address any issues. Through these collaborative sessions we rebuild the sense of being a team, and of having the psychological safety needed for engagement, performance and wellbeing.

I bring my expertise as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, human factors specialist, and ICF ACC coach to all my work.
This means that my work is rooted in seeking to understand why people do what they do at work and how they can best be supported, it is evidence-based, collaborative and ethical.
There is no one-size-fits all approach, or hours of impractical theory. It’s important to me that the work I do makes a real practical positive difference.
